各位老师：

为大力弘扬教育家精神，加强新时代高素质专业化教师队伍建设，根据《澳门赌场》以及电子科技大学青年教师教学竞赛要求，澳门赌场学院和澳门赌场海南学院将联合举办2024-2025学年青年教师教学竞赛（以下简称“青教赛”），现就有关事宜通知如下：

一、竞赛宗旨

坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，深入贯彻党的二十大和二十届三中全会精神、全国教育大会精神，以强化教育家精神引领、锤炼教学基本功为着力点，充分发挥青教赛的示范引领作用，推动广大青年教师践行教育家精神，提升教书育人能力，为学校学院人才培养和教育教学高质量发展提供坚强支撑。

二、竞赛原则

坚持公平、公正、公开；坚持广泛参与；坚持注重教学基本功和实际应用能力；坚持程序严谨、规范。

三、参赛对象与条件要求

1.凡承担澳门赌场学院或者澳门赌场海南学院本科课程教学的教师（包含外籍教师），且45周岁及以下（1979年8月31日后出生）均可报名参加。往届已获学院奖项的教师仍可参赛。

2.参赛教师遵守国家宪法和法律，贯彻党的教育方针，自觉践行社会主义核心价值观，具有良好的思想政治素质和师德师风修养。

四、竞赛内容

坚持“上好一门课” 理念，设置教学设计和课堂教学两部分竞赛内容。总分为100分，教学设计、课堂教学分值分别为20分、80分。

教学设计是指以1个学时为基本单元对教学活动的设想与安排。主要包括课程名称（注明对应的参赛课程大纲章节）、教学指导思想、内容分析、学情分析、教学目标与教学重难点、教学过程设计等。

课堂教学规定时间为20分钟。评委主要从教学内容、教学组织、教学语言与教态、教学特色四个方面进行评审。

五、竞赛流程

（一）报名并提交材料（1个PDF+5个PPT）

1.教学大纲及教学设计（1个PDF）教学大纲主要包含课程名称、基本信息（课程性质、教学时数、学分、学生对象）、课程简介、课程目标、课程内容与教学安排、课程评价、建议阅读文献等要素。5个学时的教学设计方案。

提交要求：格式为PDF文档通用格式，教学大纲及教学设计提交1个PDF文档，文件名格式为“教师姓名-教学大纲及教学设计-课程名称”，如：张小红-教学大纲及教学设计-微电子器件。内容含封面、目录、教学大纲及教学设计4部分。

封面第一行：青年教师教学竞赛教学大纲及教学设计（页面左上角，二号，宋体）；第二行：课程名称，例如遗传学（页面三分之一处居中，初号，宋体）；第三行：参赛组别，例如文科组（页面二分之一处居中，一号，宋体）。

除封面外，正文一级标题用3号黑体加粗；二级标题用4号黑体加粗；三级标题用小4号黑体加粗。正文内容用小4号宋体，1.5倍行距。

2.课堂教学节段PPT（5个PPT）

与5个学时教学设计方案相对应的5个课堂教学节段的PPT，格式为Powerpoint演示文稿16：9大小，分辨率为1600*900。选手须将课堂教学节段PPT和相关音频、视频文档一并提交。

每个PPT文件名为“教师姓名-课堂教学节段PPT（节段x）-课程名称”，如：李小红-课堂教学节段PPT（节段2）-微电子器件。

（二）现场演讲

每位教师演讲时间为20分钟，倒计时3分钟、1分钟时提醒。将从5个教学节段中抽取1个进行比赛。

比赛具体时间、地点等将另行通知。

五、竞赛组织机构

竞赛评委会：由两院本科教学督导组、教学质量小组、教学副院长等组成，负责评审和仲裁工作。

六、奖励和支持办法

竞赛分别设立奖项若干，学院颁发荣誉证书与相应奖励；同时将按程序推荐参加2024-2025学年电子科技大学青年教师教学竞赛（需符合校赛条件要求）。

Notification on Hosting the 2024-2025 Academic Year Teaching Competition for Young Teachers at Glasgow College & Glasgow College Hainan

Dear Colleagues,

To foster the dedication of educators and strengthen our professional teaching community, Glasgow College and Glasgow College Hainan are excited to announce the upcoming Teaching Competition for Teachers for the 2024-2025 Academic Year. This event will be held in alignment with the “Implementation Measures for the Teaching Competition for Young Teachers of UESTC.” The relevant details are as follows:

I. Eligibility and Requirements

We invite all teachers involved in undergraduate courses at Glasgow College and Glasgow College Hainan to participate.2. Aged 45 and under (born on or after August 31, 1979).

II. Competition Content

The competition centers around the theme of “delivering an effective course” and is divided into two components: teaching design and classroom delivery. Participants can earn a total of 100 points, with 20 points allocated for teaching design and 80 points for classroom delivery.

Part 1: Teaching Design: This refers to the planning and organization of teaching activities for a single class session. It encompasses the course title (reflecting the relevant chapter from the syllabus), teaching philosophy, content analysis, student analysis, teaching objectives and key concepts, along with the overall design of the teaching process.

Part 2: Classroom Teaching: The duration for classroom teaching is limited to 20 minutes. Evaluation will focus on the content delivered, the organization of the lesson, language use and demeanor, as well as distinctive teaching qualities.

III. Competition Procedure

1.Registration and Submission of Materials (1 PDF + 5 PPTs)

1) Teaching Outline and Teaching Design (1 PDF):
The teaching outline should primarily include the course title, basic information (course type, teaching hours, credits, target students), course introduction, course objectives, course content and teaching schedule, evaluation methods, and recommended reading materials, along with a teaching design plan for 5 class sessions.

Submission Requirements: The document must be in standard PDF format, containing both the teaching outline and teaching design in one PDF file. The file name should follow this format: “Teacher’s Name - Teaching Outline and Course Design - Course Title” (e.g., Zhang Xiaohong - Teaching Outline and Course Design - Microelectronic Devices). The document must include four sections: cover page, table of contents, teaching outline, and teaching design.

2）Classroom Teaching PPT (5 PPTs):

Five PowerPoint presentations corresponding to the 5 class hours of teaching design, formatted as PowerPoint presentations in 16:9 aspect ratio with a resolution of 1600x900. Participants must submit the classroom teaching segment PPTs along with any related audio or video files.

Each PPT file name should follow this format: “Teacher’s Name - Classroom Teaching Segment PPT (Segment x) - Course Title” (e.g., Li Xiaohong - Classroom Teaching Segment PPT (Segment 2) - Microelectronic Devices).

2.On-Site Presentation:

Each participant will have 20 minutes for their presentation, with countdown reminders at 3 minutes and 1 minute remaining. One session will be randomly selected from the 5 prepared teaching segments for the competition.

Specific details regarding the time and location of the competition will be announced later.

IV. Awards and Support

Several awards will be established for the competition, with certificates of honor and corresponding rewards issued by the college.
